{The Second Study Visit of Russian Experts, Oulu (Finland), February 27 – March 2, 2017}

From February 27 to March 2 Russian experts had the second study visit to Oulu (Finland), Winter Cycling Capital of the World under Green Mobility Project – Towards Clean, Healthy and Accessible Environment. A delegation of Russian experts, presented by the Cycling Advisor of Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, employees of the St. Petersburg Parking Management Center, representatives of the public project Velosipedization of St. Petersburg, Petrozavodsk City Administration and VELOVE cycling movement has visited the winter cycling capital of the world to get knowledge about organization of the cycling infrastructure. The ICSER Leontief Centre was presented by Elena Belova, Project Coordinator and Olga Iakimenko, Project Development Coordinator. 
 
Under the study visit Finnish colleagues have shared experience of developing a cycling culture and infrastructure in Oulu that is recognized as the best place in the world for winter cycling.
 
The Green Mobility Project is implemented by the ICSER Leontief Centre and funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
